The terms that apply when you use www.studiobagru.com. They cover the site’s content, the index, workshop bookings and custom orders.
01 Introduction
These terms apply to your use of www.studiobagru.com (the site). By using the site you agree to be bound by them.
02 Intellectual property
The content on the site, including its designs, text, graphics and images, belongs to Studio Bagru and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or display any part of it without our prior written consent.
The artisan listings in the index belong to the artisans named in them.
03 Use of the site
The site and its contents are for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site or its contents in any way that is illegal or harmful to Studio Bagru or to any third party.
04 Workshop bookings
Workshop bookings are governed by the refund policy. Studio Bagru is not taking new bookings. Workshops already booked run on their confirmed dates, under the refund policy in force when they were booked.
05 Custom orders
Custom orders are subject to separate written agreements. Orders in production continue under those agreements until they are completed and shipped. Studio Bagru is not taking new orders.
06 Limitation of liability
Studio Bagru is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the site.
07 Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the changed terms. The date at the foot of this page records when they were last reviewed.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
