Workshop refund policy.
Workshops take preparation and seats are few, so what we can refund depends on how far ahead you cancel. The scale below is the one you booked under.
The refund scale
Counted in days before the workshop date.

More than 30 days before
75%
If you cancel more than 30 days before the workshop date, you receive a 75% refund of the total workshop fee.

10 to 30 days before
50%
If you cancel between 10 and 30 days before the workshop date, you receive a 50% refund of the total workshop fee.

2 to 10 days before
25%
If you cancel between 2 and 10 days before the workshop date, you receive a 25% refund of the total workshop fee.

0 to 2 days before
0%
No refund is given for a cancellation made within 2 days of the workshop date.

Workshop day
Additional terms
- Notice in writing
- All cancellations must be notified in writing by email. A cancellation is not valid until you receive our confirmation.
- Transfer of booking
- Bookings are non-transferable.
- Studio Bagru’s right to cancel
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants are notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a reschedule.
- Non-attendance
- No refunds are given for non-attendance.
- Processing time
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
