Policies
Privacy policy.
What we collect when you visit the site or write to us, how we use it, and how to ask about it.
01 Introduction
Studio Bagru respects the privacy of the people who visit www.studiobagru.com. This policy describes the information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and how we protect it.
02 Information we collect
Personal information you give us through the contact form: your name, email address, location and message. We use it to answer you, to process orders and bookings that already exist, and to list a workshop in the index when that workshop asks us to.
Non-personal usage data, such as browser type, operating system and the pages visited, collected through Google Analytics so we can see how the site is used.
03 Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when one is sent.
04 Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Artisan listings in the index publish only the details each workshop agreed to publish.
05 Security
We take reasonable measures to keep personal information safe. No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is entirely secure.
06 Third-party sites
The site links to other websites: the channels of the workshops listed in the index, press coverage, Tripadvisor and social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
07 Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and no part of the site is designed to attract children.
08 Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The date at the foot of this page records when it was last reviewed.
09 Acceptance
By using the site you accept this policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the site.
10 Contact
Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold about you: write to hello@studiobagru.com.
