Studio Bagru Workshop Refund Policy
At Studio Bagru, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, as our workshops require significant preparation and have limited seating, we have the following Cancellation & Refund Policy in place:

Cancellation 30+ Days Prior to the Workshop:
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the workshop date, you are entitled to a 75% refund of the total workshop fee.

Cancellation 10 to 30 Days Prior to the Workshop:
If you cancel your booking between 10 to 30 days before the workshop date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total workshop fee.

Cancellation 2 to 10 Days Prior to the Workshop:
If you cancel your booking between 2 to 10 days before the workshop, you will be refunded 25% of the total workshop fee.

Cancellation 0 to 2 Days Prior to the Workshop:
No refund will be given for cancellations made within 0 to 2 days of the workshop date.

Additional Terms:
Notification: All cancellations must be notified to us in writing via email. The cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from us.
Transfer of Booking: Booking is non-transferable.
Studio Bagru’s Right to Cancel: Studio Bagru reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule for a future workshop.
Non-Attendance: No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
